Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ESM Command Center (the “Service”), a private operations application provided by Greenwood Walker, LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Easy Senior Move(“Easy Senior Move,” “ESM,” “we,” “us”). By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Command Center is a private, internal business tool used by ESM staff and by vetted referral partners we invite. It is not a public or consumer service. Access is limited to authorized users and is controlled by role.

2. Accounts & eligibility

• You must sign in with an authorized Google account — an @easyseniormove.com account for staff, or the account matching the email on your ESM partner application for invited partners.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your Google account secure.
• We may suspend or remove access at any time, including when someone leaves the team or the partner network.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Access data you are not authorized to see, or attempt to bypass the Service’s security or role controls.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation, including HIPAA, FCRA, or TREC rules.
• Enter client health information before ESM has enabled HIPAA-compliant handling.
• Copy, export, or share ESM data or the Service itself except as needed to do your job for ESM.

4. Partners

If you access the Service as a referral partner, your use is also governed by your Partner Agreement with ESM. Where these Terms and that agreement conflict, the Partner Agreement controls for partner-specific matters.

5. Confidentiality

The Service contains confidential and proprietary information of ESM, our clients, and our partners. You agree to keep it confidential, to use it only to perform work for ESM, and not to disclose it to anyone outside ESM without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The Command Center — including its software, design, content, workflows, and documentation — is owned by Easy Senior Move and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service for ESM business only. No ownership or license to reuse, resell, or replicate the Service is granted.

7. AI features

The Service includes AI-assisted drafting. AI outputs are drafts for human review and are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. A person must review and approve AI-generated content before it is relied upon or sent to any client or partner.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESM disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Easy Senior Move will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Confidentiality, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, and Limitation of Liability) will survive.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute will be the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
